Armando "Andy" Morales, of Hurleyville, passed away on Tuesday, December 20, 2022. He was 90. He was the son of the late Mario Morales and Amparo Perez, born on July 11, 1932 in Havana, Cuba. Andy proudly served in the US Army from 1956 until 1958. After the military Andy went on to work in the hospitality industry, finally working as a waiter in the Pines Hotel. In his free time, he enjoyed watching movies, hiking, square dancing and traveling. He was a communicant at Immaculate Conception Church in Woodbourne, NY. He donated his time as a chaperone for the 4-H Club; he was a down-to-earth person who had a great sense of humor and enjoyed his independence. He was a loving friend, who will be sorely missed.
