Joseph was the son of Caesar and Rebecca Feal and was born on September 24, 1937 in Smithtown, NY. Sonny was an extremely patriotic man, serving his country during the Korean War. A Sergeant with the 101st Airborne, he earned his "Silver Wings" as a paratrooper. In addition, he was a past firefighter with the Hauppauge Fire Department. He retired from Roto-tron Electrical Corporation as President to settle down in Sullivan County. A true craftsman, he built a magnificent home. He was an avid boater, fisherman, hunter, motorcyclist, music enthusiast and a world traveler. Left to remember this incredible man is his wife, Susan, at home; sons, Joseph Jr. of Pennsylvania, John of Long Island and Johnny of Livingston Manor; daughters, Laura, Patricia, April, all of Long Island and Torri of Swan Lake; grandchildren, Shane and Sage of Long Island and Kristen and Yvonne of Swan Lake; sister, Antoinette; brother, Caesar; sisters-in-law, Joanne and April and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his first wife, Patricia and his parents. It would be remiss not to mention his ever faithful Rottweiler, Clyde, who was always by his side. Sonny always cherished the times he spent with his gang of childhood friends, especially Billy- who were better known as the "Squirrel Club." The family would like to thank the Achieve Rehab & Nursing Facility in Liberty, NY for their care, compassion and understanding during his time there. A special thank you to Laura, Kaitlyn and Agnes.
