Scott was the son of the late Walter V. Soules and Emma Smith Soules and was born on January 7, 1964 in Susquehanna, PA. Scott is survived by a sister, Verna Soules, and several nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a sister, Debbie Soules and a brother, Roger Soules. Cremation will be at Cedar Hill Crematory in Middle Hope and memorial visitation will be held at future date.
