Obituary of Dorothy Gildersleeve
Dorothy Gildersleeve, a life long resident of the Village of Liberty passed away Wednesday August 3rd.
Born February 23rd 1935 she was 87 years of age and daughter of the late Louis Davis and Evelyn Lowe.
Dorothy was a Career employee at Achieve rehab and nursing formerly known as Walnut Mountain
She is Survived by her Daughter Tina Field and her husband Nick of Liberty NY, Clifford Gildersleeve of Liberty NY, and Guy Gildersleeve of White Sulphur springs NY; 17 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Thomas Gildersleeve Sr, son Thomas Gildersleeve Jr, daughter June Gildersleeve Bivins, daughter Dawn Vanduser, 4 brothers and 2 sisters.
Services will be held graveside Saturday August 20, 2022 at 11AM at the Glen Wild Cemetery in Rock Hill, NY ; Officiated by Pastor Paul Minton. Cremation was done at HG smith crematory in Stroudsburg PA.
