Obituary of Julianne Nash

Julianne Nash, of Neversink, passed away at home on Wednesday, March 23, 2022. She was 79.

Julianne was born on March 30, 1942 in Liberty, NY to Vincent Nash and Julia Beda Hegardt.  After graduating from Tri-Valley High School, she obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Education from SUNY Cortland.  She went on to become a dedicated and beloved educator and coach who taught at Margaretville School District for 40 years.  

Julianne is survived by her brothers, James “Jim” Nash and his wife Sue, John Nash, and Frederick “Fred” Nash and his wife Mary; her many nieces and nephews; and great nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her brother, Thomas “Tom” Nash and his wife Kim Nash and her brother George.  She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

A graveside service will be held at the Grahamsville Rural Cemetery on Friday, April 8, 2022 at 10 am. 

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking donations be made to either the Tri-Valley Little League,  PO Box 521, Neversink, NY 12765 or Tri-Valley CAST Booster Club, PO Box 346, Grahamsville, NY 12740..
