Jeffrey Branch (Zephaniah Gad Israel) was born to the late Edward Lee Branch and Juanita Ruby Branch on November 3rd 1960. Jeffrey Branch (Zephaniah Gad Israel) was born and raised in Monticello, New York. He spent his early years in Freeport, New York where he attended elementary school. He later graduated from Monticello High School. He also attended Albany College for a short time and then went on to join the United States Military. After being honorably discharged from the US Army he attended Sullivan County College. In the 80's he worked at the juvenile detention center in Middletown, NY to help turn around juvenile delinquent children. He worked there for many years. He also attended Orange County community college for drug and alcohol counseling. Afterwards he started working for Sullivan/Orange County ARC as a counselor for children and adults with special needs. He was a car enthusiast and enjoyed restoring antique vehicles. He enjoyed singing in his pastime and also taught martial arts. Jeffrey (Zephaniah) was a loving husband, father, brother, uncle and great friend. He had a great sense of humor and was revered by family and friends. He began keeping God's laws, statutes and commandments according to the bible in 2014 . He was preceded in death by his (Father) Edward Branch Sr,(sister) Regina Milton Lewis, and (Brother) Arthur "Mac" Williams and (mother) Juanita Ruby Branch . He was survived by his wife Delores (Amariah Judith Israel), son Dean (David Israel), siblings: Mark A Branch (Mable), Edward Branch Jr (Wendy), Vincent Silver and Michael Silver , a father to the fatherless : Deja, Dajana, and Shantel. He leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
