Alma Enid Morales-Quintana of Liberty, NY, passed away peacefully on March 21, 2020. She was born in Santurce, PR and raised in Brooklyn, NY. Daughter to Rosalinda Borges-Morales and Leonardo Morales. Widowed to Air Force veteran William Quintana, survived by her sons William Quintana II and Jason Quintana, her daughters; Deidre Despaigne, Jazmin Despaigne, Ginelle Tobin, Victoria Norwich, son-in-laws, and many grandchildren, whom she loved most with all her heart. Survived by her brothers; Richard Morales and Leonard Morales, sisters; Sandra Morales-Vives, Juanita Morales, Iris Morales-Rosa, Maria Morales-Ribot, Evelyn Lazala, and Madeline Ortegus, many nieces and nephews whom she adored. Also survived by longtime partner Scott Huggler, who she loved and never missed a moment with. Alma lived a hard life but she had a heart of gold and always saw the good in others no matter what, a trait most of us are proud to carry from her. She always made everyone smile and laugh, she deeply loved her family. Her favorite thing was getting together with family to celebrate holidays or birthdays, never missing one for her children or grandchildren, despite whatever she was going through at the moment.
