Peters, 58, of Liberty, passed away at Catskill Regional Medical Center in Harris, NY on Wednesday March 12, 2014. The son of George and Sally Michael Peters, he was born on September 15, 1955 in Fountain Hill, PA. Survivors include his father, George Peters of Trexeltown, PA; his fianc�©, Lee Fracasse of Liberty; sons, Christopher Peters and Michael Peters, both of Pennsylvania; stepsons, Edgar Fracasse of Liberty and Michael Fracasse of Poughkeepsie; daughter, Stephanie Peters of Pennsylvania; stepdaughter, Toni Fracasse of Monticello and a sister, Susan Kozy of Pennsylvania. He was predeceased by a son, Nicholas and a brother, George Peters. Visiting hours will be on Saturday, March 22, 2014 from 2-4 PM at Ramsay's Funeral Home, 275 S. Main St. Liberty. Funeral services will be at the funeral home at 4 PM. Cremation will follow at Cedar Hill Crematory in Middle Hope, NY.
