He was 63. Robert was the son of Arthur G. and Bernice Maus Mann and was born on February 27, 1950 in Liberty, NY. He was a member of Ontario Hose Co. # 3 of the Liberty Fire Department and was a past member of Trail's End Hunting Camp in Claryville, NY. He leaves behind his mother, Bernice M. Mann of Liberty, NY; two sons, Timothy Mann and Brian Mann, both of Liberty, NY; his brother, Gary L. Mann and his wife Jane of Livingston Manor, NY; a grandson, Dylan Mann; nephew, Kelly Hein and his wife Colleen of Syracuse and nieces, Sheryl Hein of Liberty, Kim Hein of Virginia, Alys Mann of Ithaca, NY and Ashley Sullivan and her husband Dustin of Middletown, NY. He was predeceased by his father, Arthur G. Mann and his wife Christine M. Hein Mann. Memorial visitation will take place on Friday November 22 from 5 - 7 PM at Ramsay's Funeral Home, 275 S. Main St. Liberty, NY. Firematic services will be held at the funeral home at 7 PM.
