Flowers, of Loch Sheldrake, NY, passed away on Sarurday November 3, 2012 at Achieve Rehab & Nursing Facility in Liberty, NY. The daughter of the late Alrous and Inez Cooper Dumont, she was born on August 26, 1947 in Middletown, NY. Her husband Donald Flowers predeceased her in 2007. She is survived by her daughter, Tammy Newhall; brother, James Williams; sisters, Barbara LaRock. Marie Willaims and Ruth Browning. Visiting hours will be on Wednesday November 7, 2012 from 3 - 5 PM at Ramsay's Funeral Home, 275 S. Main St. Liberty, NY. Funeral services will be held at 5 PM at the funeral home. Cremation will take place at Cedar Hill crematory, Middle Hope, NY and burial of her ashes will be at a future date with her husband at Sullivan County Veterans Cemetery, Liberty, NY.
