Zydor, of Woodbourne, passed away at home on Tuesday May 20, 2014 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was 74. The daughter of the late Michael and Theresa Pristupia Statuch, she was born on September 11, 1939 in Jamaica, NY. She was a seamstress for the International Ladies Garment Workers Union in New York City. Survivors include her daughters, Doreen Zydor of Liberty, NY and Lisa Zydor of Woodbourne; her son, Dennis Statuch and his wife Pam of Centereach, NY; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Friends may call on Friday May 23 from 3 - 7 PM at Ramsay's Funeral Home, 275 S. Main St. Liberty, NY. A Celebration of Joyce's life will be held at 7 PM at the funeral home. Cremation will take place at Cedar Hill Crematory in Middle Hope, NY.
